Projects & install

For fabrication, fit-out and install

You quote it, draw it, buy it, build it and put it in. Five stages, four trades, and one date the customer is holding you to.

Sound familiar

Three things that go wrong, and always for the same reason.

Nobody could see it in time.

The steel is late and you find out on delivery day

Procurement knew a fortnight ago. It was in an email to one person. By the time it reaches the install crew, the crane is booked and paid for.

Three jobs want the same rigger on the same Tuesday

Nobody planned it that way. The bookings were made a week apart by two people who didn't see each other's.

“Which drawing revision is on site?”

Rev C is on the truck, Rev D is in the drafting folder, and the fabricator worked off a printout from three weeks ago.

What changes

Set up the way you actually work.

  • Stages linked the way the job runs — design, procure, fabricate, install. Steel slips, install moves, and the drafting work that was never dependent stays put.
  • An install window on the schedule board, with the crew, the crane and the EWP against it, and a clash warning the moment two jobs collide.
  • Agreed dates that can't quietly move. A change goes to the Project Manager with a reason attached, and the customer notification is raised on approval.
  • Every drawing, quote and photo attached to the task it belongs to, so the current revision is wherever the work is.
My Day, set up for Projects & install
My Day, in your language. Same screen, same order, your words on it.
In the software

Real screens, from the demo you can open.

Not mockups. Every image on this page is a screenshot of the same demo linked at the top, taken automatically when the site was built.

The Gantt: agreed dates behind, forecast in front, and the phase that is pushing the finish date named — this one is 15 days late because Fabricate moved.
The install crew, the contractors and the plant, for the fortnight.

Not quite you?

Then pick the nearest and change the words, or start from none of them. The software is identical in every case — these are starting points, not categories you have to belong to.

Have a look at your own week in it.

The Projects & install demo has a realistic fortnight already loaded — overdue work, a job running late, a crew double-booked. Click anything.
